After moving to The Netherlands in 2020, living in a new country, a new language and lots of lockdowns, I noticed my life had become very sedentary. I had put on some weight and was stiff all the time. In 2021 my husband had noticed there were workouts going on in the park near our house, we looked it up and decided we would reach out to Janine as we both wanted to get more active and in shape.
Janine was very helpful right from the first meeting, she started slow, building up the strength and cardio workouts over time. Janine knows when and how to push you so you can be held accountable in achieving your goals especially for me since sometimes I struggle with self-motivation, and I know I would not go to a regular gym willingly.
Since starting at Muscle Motion, I am feeling more energetic and have more strength and energy which has been great as this year I am preparing to step into the driver’s seat of a rally car and run a full season in the Nederlands Rally Kampioenschap
Janine is always there to give you advise on nutrition and supplements, as well as able to help work though muscle pains, especially trigger points and muscle knots, which is something I seem to get a lot of. Janine has helped me with my thyroid issues as well as helping me identify some food intolerances.
